Question

Rabbi Ben Eliyahu Ben Haim is head of the Sephardic Beit Din of Queens. He is also Rav of the Mashadi (persian) Jewish community - Congregation Shaare Tova in Kew Gardens. Additionally he is a Rosh Yeshiva at YU, and his own kollel in Queens. He does give Hashgacha to one or two fast food stands/kiosks in manhattan.
