Does Rav Gissinger hold by the pesakim of Rav Abadi?

My impression is yes.I don't know if he holds by every P'sak or if he even knows every P'sak, but he introduces me to people as "one of my Rebbe's, oldest son Chaim". My father tells me to tell people sometimes to call Rabbi Gissinger. I'm not answering the question clearly, but I don't believe anyone can answer that question clearly.
