RE: cholent before Shabat

Question

In your answer to the question about putting up an uncooked cholent before Shabbat (you permitted) was that before Hadlakat Nerot, or even just before Shkiat HaChama? (referring to the problem of Kedera Chaita) If just before Shkia, could you explain why? Thank you.

If it is raw right before Shabbat, it says it's OK. If it is cooked KeMaachal Ben Drusaiy it's OK. AA
