re intstant oatmeal

you were asked the following - "Can I prepare instant oatmeal(just add hot water) on shabbos? I belive it is precooked and dried. " - Was your answer dependant on it being precooked? According to Quaker Oats, they are not - "Instant Quaker Oatmeal cuts the oats finer to cook faster...It can be easily prepared by just adding boiling water or by adding water and microwaving it for 90 seconds." thanks
