The worst thing you can do to a stalker like this is to talk to him any type of talk period . This serves only to encourage him no matter how strong you tell him to leave you alone. The only thing one should when he calls is to immediately hang up without a single word. This is what police authorities advice with obscene phone calls. And he is obscene.
