But if you would come to pull hair out would you be chayav, if yes then why would you be able to do it. and most people who go the mikveh do air dry.(that i knw of)

If you pull hair out every time you stroke it, you are still not "Chayav," but it would not be allowed. Who pulls hair out every time they stroke it. _____________________________ you said....
