RE: Shavuot 2nd night

Your reply to this question only addressed the meal part of the question. The post included something regarding lighting candles on the 2nd nite. It is my understanding from this website, and from sefer Ohr Yitschak, that is is forbidden to light yom tov candles on the 2nd nite ( and even the 1st nite of yom tov when it falls on saturday nite ). Is this not so ? I'm just wondering why it wasn't part of your answer to that original post ... Thank you everything ... Chag Sameach !
