re: skittles??

In regards to the skittles question asked on March 25th: granted a company won't switch over all new ingrediants to make it "Kosher", but they will pay for a hasgacha. My question is, are the Skittles that are sold in England, from the same plant or factory as the Skittles in U.S.? and if not would the Skittles in the Us be Kosher??
