Hacham Abadi, I must have missed something from your explanation to this previous post. In your answer to question #2, are you talking about gas and/or electric stovetops? If you are talking about gas stovetops, then am I correct to assume that when you say "relight" you mean relight/transfer from existing fire? In your answer to question #3 you say "Turning off is OK on Yom Tov." Again, is the oven gas and/or electric? What's OK to turnt off, the oven and/or the oven's gas pilot? Please be VERY specific. Thanks again for all your help.

1) correct 2) There should be some flame, unless it inadvertantly went out. Then it would be OK to relight it. 3) Turning on should be done before Yom Tov, as above. Turning off is OK on Yom Tov. AA
