RE: Torah by Abe

Dear YA: In your response to Abe you statetd that one should not touch the Torah scroll itself. I just want to qualify that by saying that I was at a Siyum Sefer Torah with your father & when rolling the torah it was caught in the Atzei Chaim; he actually fixed it directly with his hands and told us that if necessary and better for the Torah , one should do it with his hands rather than clumsily while holding a tallis as you see in most shuls. Chanan
