realtors under hashgacha and credit cards

I actually heard that the credit cards under hashgacha "turn off" so that you cannot use them on Shabbat and that they cannot be used for online porn and that kind of stuff (unless the porn is under kashrut supervision of course). Can anyone tell me what a realtor "under hashgacha" means. Does this mean "certified honest"? Can we get all "frum" businesses "certified" this way? How about people? Who will "certify" the Kashrut industry? Psychiatrists? I am looking for a used car dealer who is under hashgacha, certified honest. I am hoping to get a good deal on a 2004 Honda (with the seats slashed- but don't worry Loehmann's will take it back anyway). The dairy model is fine, but I don't want a white interior, too dirty looking, how about the dark chocolate brown, certified OU-DE? Does anyone know a "kosher" boy for my daughter? Who gives hashgacha on shidduchim? Do they issue a product recall if he turns out to be a "pig"? (like the piecrusts).
