Question

Interesting how you can answer 100% that rebbe moshe would hold that gelatin is kosher, when in his own teshvua he does not indicate this way.

Are you suggesting that if Rav Moshe knew that today it is made inedible in the processing of it, he would say it's not good, when the Halachah is very clear that inedible is not a problem?! Halachah fits into a full picture. You need to put together all the parts, to get the full picture. There is one issue of the bones and stuff, but the issue of inedible cannot be ignored. If it's inedible, it's OK. AA
