I heard that you once told someone that Rabbi Spivak, who supervises a lot of restaurants in NY, is reliable. Is this correct?

I never heard of him. Ask Rabbi Simcha Rosenblatt of Flatbush, I'm sure he's listed. He should know these people. AA
