Question

1. Are most brands of white rice OK? For instance publix brand from Florida? The ingredients seem to be the same as the others. 2. If a product says wheat free/ gluten free, can I assume it's OK even if it has modified food starch in the ingredients?

1) Yes 2) Yes, Gluten-free diets are much stricter than our Laws of Pesach. AA
