Hi: I notice on the Pesah List only Carolina's brand rice appears. In the FAQ section you mention Carolina's and Uncle Ben's as examples of rices that have systems in place obviating the consumer checking for extraneous grians. Is Uncle Ben's rice permitted on Pesah? If not, why not? (Original Converted Rice has no ingredients besides "rice") What are the Pesah problems with rice in general, if any? Thank you

The Pesah list takes a lot of work, and it's hard to get to everything. The Uncle Ben's that you mentioned is fine for Pesah. Aaron Abadi
