rice cooked in meat oven

if I cooked rice in a meat oven ... can I eat it with milk

Yes. The oven, if relatively clean is not Meat nor Dairy. We are a spoiled generation where we have separate ovens. They didn't always have that, yet they ate Kosher. AA
