Rice Cooker

Question

We have an electric rice cooker. About a a year and a half ago, before cooking the rice, we put in some oil, and noodles. We fried the noodles until brown, and then added the rice and water. The inside of the rice cooker is a Teflon-like material. Can this be kashered for Pesach?

If you've used it to cook up rice many times since, you've already Kashered it. AA
