Ricotta Cheese

Question

Can we rely (much as I am loath to) on the OU for Ricotta and Cottage Cheese? Or must one call hte plant to find out if there is a masgiach taamidi? Jake

Any Ricotta Cheese in the US is OK, if the ingredients are OK. AA
