Romano cheese /garlic spread

Dear Rabbis AA/CYA Great Website ! Just one comment to CYA, since I have been following this site one of the many things I learned is not to jump to conclusions, or have pre-assumptions on kashrus just because we have been taught that way. So in response to "Jeff Duitch's" Jan. 22 "question on a couple of Triangle K items" I was surprised to see CYA's response "two good examples of differences" or "no one can be relied upon 100%". Well since Chazal tell us "Aid echod ne'eman 100% beissurin" (true mistakes can be made by anyone, but if the person is a Yiras Shomaim and a mistake is found it can be rectified, but till then without inquiring to the contrary we have chazals 100%, and the person should be contacted to give the benefit of the doubt) so i did a little inquiring and got in contact with Rabbi Ralbag in Brooklyn, and found out the contrary, the "Romano Cheese" used in this garlic spread either has been produced with a Masgiach Temidi (brine etc'), or has been bought with a hashgocho. In fact he gave me the name of the masgiach that is scheduled to be there in a week or two for the next batch of kosher romano cheese. He also explained to me in detail the cleaning procedure at birds eye. Wishing you all the best, may you continue doing your great work.
