Rosh Hashanah
Question
May we take food from our freezer on the afternoon of the first day of Rosh Hashanah so that it thaws and so that we can therefore cook it after nightfall, or is this considered hachanah? Does it make any difference if the food being removed from the freezer is cooked or raw?
