Sabbath mode

Question

Rabbi; Many new ovens today have a "sabbath mode". Does this allow you to put things in on Shabbat or is it just for putting in before shabbat and removing once shabbat begins. In other words, can I reheat food in it on Shabbat?(The Sabbath mode disables the light and the temperature sensor so that the oven does not immediately respond to being open and closed)

If it is off & will go on later, you can put raw chicken in and cook it on Shabbat. If it just goes off by itself, when it's on, you can't put anything in. Disabling the sensor for the oven going on &/or off is not necessary. AA
