sabbbos ovens

Question

if one has one of these new "shabbos ovens" where you can set it that the lights do not go on when you open the door, the oven doesn't beep. the opven never changes heat (as usually needed when the door is opened to maintain the desired temp.), can one put cooked food in it on shabbos, or does it violate "neirah k'mivashel" (looks like cooking) thank you Mark
