Rabbi Abadi: -Do you know of any section in the mishne torah or the shulkhan arukh where it explains how a person's jewish identity is determined when there is safek? Does any of those codes specify what type of documentation must be shown to prove one's jewish identity. I would enormously appreciate if you tell me at least the section (hilchot edut ...) where the matter is discussed. -Another question, is there any problem when "fulgal enzyme" is listed as an ingredient of bread. Thankyou

1) with questions like this, you should go to a qualified Rabbi with the details, not try to figure it out on your own. Many of the issues are in Rambam Kedusha in Hilchot Isurei Bi'ah. 2) you mean fungal enzyme? it's fine AA
