Salmon Costco

Dear Rabbi, Jazak ubaruj for a job well done!! 1) Costco's label on their salmon (Fresh) reads "farmed atlantic salmon, color added" and then the number 90463. is this kasher? 2) Kasher le pesaj? 3) What additive/preservatives etc. are casher lepesaj in canned foods? 4) Can one keep the jamin in the oven until shabbat morning?would there be a problem removing it, or opening the oven door? 5) What is your opinion on jajam Ovadia's ruling on pea nojrit. (asur) 6) Can one kasher and if so how the dishwasher for pesaj?

All OK, & no need to Kasher the dishwasher. preservatives are fine. Additives, you need to be more specific. AA
