Sushi can include eel and other non-Kosher fish. The rice is Bishul Akum (cooked by a non-Jew), and even if you order salmon, you usually will get other fish pieces on it. I do not recommend it, although if they wash the fish & they give you sashimi (plain fish;no rice) and they cut it with a clean knife, it would be OK. AA
