Question

When one has to make a determination if Tzseeltah Mayroobah Machamtah, at what time of day are we talking? Where is the sun in relation to the schach (to determine if there is enough), to an overhanging tree (to determine that there isn't too much)? High noon? Sunrise? Please pose the question to Rav Abadi. Thank you.
