Sefardi gender issues

Question

Ok, so perhaps na'ariztoch isn't feminine, but what about the sefadi liturgy at the begining of birchos krias shma. Ashkenazim say "v'choulam poschim as peehem... umevarchim, um'ephoraim, 'umaritzim.." Sefadi/Hasidim say "u'mevachiN, um'phoraiN, uma'zritziN..." I notice that sefrdi/ hassdim also say HEEE when we say HU And their boys all look like girls until age three And many of their adults where knee socks, And they, in general, are much more feminine in their appearence and manner. Is it all connected??
