Question

R. Abadi, I have been checking in a couple of places to see where Halacha speaks about listening to music during the Omer. I didn't see it in Mishnah Berurah or the Kitzur Yalkut Yosef. Can you please tell me what the Halacha is. Thank you.

It is no different than all year. You should not listen to live music unless it is a simcha. Otherwise, a recording of any type is okay, but no live music. CYA
