Selling apartment for Pesach

Question

hi If i am going to be away for all of pesach, and i plan to "sell" my apartment which i rent, for Pesach, what am I selling? Do i still have to clean? Bdikat Chametz? Can I come into it if I need over the chag? Thank You , Ami
