selling chametz

Question

What do I do if I am in America but I have chametz in Israel? Can I sell it through a Rabbi here even though it will already be Pesach in Israel when the sale takes effect? 2 Is there anything wrong with a Jew attending an Xmas party? 3 Can one use a razor on the bottom of one's jaw (below the chin)?
