Selling Chametz

Question

When you say that it is better to sell chametz, do you mean ACTUAL chametz only (i.e. bread) or does that include chametz mixtures as well (i.e. a cereal that has rice flour as the maun ingredient and wheat flour as a secondary ingredient), etc.
