selling tefillin

Question

a friend of mine is looking to sell his only pair of tefillin at a very deep discount to market, since he no longer wears them. another friend of mine is looking to buy tefillin however, he will not buy them for the $400 price he was told that they cost. can i arrange for the one guy to sell his tefillin to the other guy?
