Sephardic halacha: flour, milk, and meat

What's the halacha for Sephardim regarding: 1. kemah yashan 2. halav israel 3. bet yossef meat Are these humrot? Thank you for your tireless effort Hacham Abadi!

1) Required, but if you are not sure if it is Chadash or Yashan, it's OK. Most of our products are Safek (in doubt) and therefore OK. 2) All U.S. milk and that of civilized countries are considered "Chalav Yisrael." 3) If it is accessable, it is ideal. But if you insult a friend or neighbor because of this Chumra, by not eating their food, then you've just wiped out 30 years of extra credits. So use this Chumra wisely. AA
