Shaatnez

Question

If i get a custom made suit and give the tailor (non-jew) specific directions not to have shaatnez in the suit (and explain to him what shaatnez is) can I trust him, or must i still have a jew check it??

If he thinks that you will test it afterwards and come back to him yelling if you find anything, it's OK, even if you never really test it. That is assuming that he knows the origin of his materials. AA
