if one sees on shabbat morning that his chulent is drying out, is it permitted for a sephardi to add hot water to the pot? If it is, how must it be done?

Let me ask you a better one. If one sees his Kibbe lacking sifficient Tehina, can he send an Ashkenazi to the store for more Tehina? You need to clarify your question. AA
