Shabbat

Question

I am having my basement furnished. The workers do not enter the living quarters of the house to get there, as there is a separate entrance. My question is, must I insist that they not work on Shabbat. I am paying them for the job, so they choose to work when they want to, but since it is taking place in my house, I thought that there might be a problem.
