Shabbat laws

Question

Rabbi Abadi, Please recommend a book which would contain the halachot pertaining to the laws of heating already cooked food on Shabbat (i.e. hotplate). Though I learned these laws in high school, and grew up watching my mother in the kitchen, I still don't think I have everything straight and feel I need to brush up on these topics. Thanks.
