shabbos-mode oven

Question

We have an electric oven with a shabbat mode, which means (to the best of my knowledge) that the oven remains at a steady temperature even if you open the oven door. We have been using the shabbos mode with a timer, so that about 2 hours into shabbos the oven turns itself off. During those 2 hours, is it ok to remove something from the oven? What about placing something back? The temperature is usually at about 375 degrees. Thank you!
