On 2/24/04 you aid that it is yeihareg v'al ya'avor for a man to shake hands with a woman in a business context. In 1971, I asked Rav Yisroel Belski to ask Rav Moshe Feinstein about this because I had a woman boss. Rav Belski wrote to me that Rav Moshe said tarud b'melachto and therefore mutar. TR

Answered by Chaim Yisrael AbadiThat was quoted from the Chazon Ish. I do not recall at this time where Reb Moshe said it, but if you take a look at his Teshuva, it is not so simple. On a Bitachon note, do you Hashem needs you to shake her hand to make a parnassa, that He promised you? CYA
