Dear Rabbi Abadi, Can one shave during the nine days, and during the three weeks? Thank you.

Ashkenazim refrain during the three weeks & Sephardim only refrain from shaving during the week of Tisha BeAv, until the ninth day of Av at noon. for work & other reasons, ask... AA
