shavuot 2nd night

Question

Do we have to wait until candle lighting for the 2nd night of Shavuot to eat the 2nd night's meal - this year it's around 9:20PM in the NY area - or can we light candles early at around 8:30PM and eat our meal then?

If you want to eat early, you must eat before shkia, so that you are not preparing food for the next day. CYA
