sheimot

Question

Kavod HaRav, I was wondering if I can throw out my notes from Limudei Kodesh...if it does not contain Pesukim, but rather, just notes about Torah lessons and concepts (Halacha, Tanach, etc.), can I throw them out, or must they be placed in sheimot?
