Shema Y'srael

Question

Is one allowed to say the shema after birchat hashakhar if they are worried they wont be able to say it in time according to Gra and Magen Avram time with a minyan. IF this is the case do i still need to repeat the before blessings, the Shema, and afterblessing later if i doven with a minyan, hencefore saying it twice in the morning. Is that ok?

Either pray the Shema earlier without the Berachot and then later pray with the Berachot in a Minyan. Or pray it all earlier without the Minyan and follow it with Shemona Esrey/Amida, and skip the Minyan. If you know the Minyan will miss both Zemanim, it's better to use the second choice. AA
