Shnaim Mikra

Question

I posted this question a couple times but i havent seen a aresponse yet What is your fathers opinion about saying shnaim mikra in English as opposed to using Onklos. Rav Scheinberg that it is mutar and Rav Welcher said that for the average American its actually better to use English. Note: This is refering to the Artscroll translation which these rabbis held is pretty much an exact translation. What is your fathers opinion about this? Thanx
