Shnaim Mikrah

Question

Is the obligation to read the Perashah 'Shnaim Mikrah vEhad Targum' on every Jewish adult man? Or is it optional? Can one be yotseh his obligation of one of the 'mikrah's by listening to the reader on Shabbat in shule?

1)It is an obligation on all men that can learn it. If it is difficult, see a qualified Rabbi. 2) No AA
