Shortened Bircat Hamazon

Wow! I'm very impressed with the Bircat Hamazon. Is it possible to do the same for the Amidah? I find that I rarely if ever concentrate on the meaning of the words. I would be interested to know if the Kinot for the Tisha B'av service could be shortened. It really is nonsensical to sit there for hours having absolutely no idea what I'm saying. If there could be a short, say, three paragraph summary, it would make it a much more meaningful experience. Thanks for all your excellent work!
