shoveling snow on Shabbat

Question

1. is it permisiable to shovel snow on Shabbat? if not then what malacha is it? 2. If it is not allowed to shovel than can you at least swep the snow away with a broom? 3. If not with a broom then can you at least use your feet to kick the snow away? 4. can you arrange for a snow removal service to clean your snow on Shabbat? If you can what special steps do you need to take if any? (make sure the guy is not jewish?)
