Question

I have read a few of the questions regarding showering on yom tob and shabbat. It seems that on shabbat with the water temp at a lower degree of 125 makes it permissable. Is there a halacha that states that washing ones entire body on shabbat even in unheated water is not permissable? How do we get around that? thanks Abe Miz
