Shower on Shabbos

I am still not clear on many of the issues, but for now i'd like to focus on one; drying off with a towel (parts of the body with hair). Please see Mishna Breura 326 #7 note 21. Why does your father hold otherwise? Thank you, MP

What about the people, men & women who go to the Mikveh on Shabbat? Do they air-dry? AA
