Question

Is the reason why we can take showers and baths on Yom Tov and Shabbat because not bathing in warm water is davar shaveh le-khol adam?

You can take on Yom Tov I hope it's Shaveh Lechol Nefesh today. Those who come to Shul on that third day of a 3-day Yom Tov, like this coming Shabbat, and they didn't shower since Wednesday, are commiting the crime of "Tzaar Baalei Chaim!" AA
